Our Customer Success Team is made up of experienced specialists who act as your partners and coaches, helping you get the most value from EnrollNow for your research. VP OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Meredith resides in South Florida with her husband and two children. Outside of her work at EnrollNow, she enjoys spending time in the sun and sipping a good glass of wine. She is also passionate about giving back, serving as a leader with multiple non-profits focused on youth and underserved communities.
What she values most about EnrollNow is its flexibility. As a former customer, she recognizes how the software can be tailored to enhance the researcher's workflow and elevate the participant journey. This adaptability empowers researchers to accommodate a wide variety of study protocols and practices seamlessly.
CS ACCOUNT MANAGER
Noah is a Boston-area transplant now living in Wilmington, North Carolina, with his wife & son. He remains fiercely loyal to the Bs, Cs, and Patriots on game day. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, playing card games, or attempting to master the ukulele.
A coach at heart, Noah loves guiding EnrollNow customers just as much as he loves jumping on the sidelines to coach his son’s teams. What he values most about EnrollNow is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, at any scale, empowering teams of 5 or 500 with adaptable, user-directed workflows.
CS SALES MANAGER
Hannah hails from a mountain town in Northern Utah and is now based in Los Angeles. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her on a yoga mat, hiking in the mountains, or with her nose buried in a good book. An eager and lifelong learner, she loves getting to know teams’ research and helping them understand not just how to use EnrollNow, but how to use it to strengthen their processes.
As a former EnrollNow customer, she brings a deep understanding of the realities of running studies and supporting research teams day to day. What she loves most about EnrollNow is how it simplifies complex research processes and allows researchers to spend more time doing what they do best: science!
CS ACCOUNT MANAGER
Christi is a South Florida native and proud mom of three daughters. She has been involved with Girl Scouts since 1998, volunteering and serving as a troop leader for each of her daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys glamping in her RV and traveling wherever the road leads.
She is passionate about helping customers successfully navigate EnrollNow and manages the EnrollNow Help Desk, where she partners with customers to troubleshoot issues, work through challenges, and streamline workflows, allowing research teams to focus on what matters most.
