Product Update Version 2.0.40 - Release Date: October 20, 2025
Export Data Optimization (RI-6532)
We’ve made significant performance improvements to the data export process. This enhancement drastically reduces memory and CPU usage and prevents potential slowdowns during high-volume export operations. Large exports will now complete faster and with greater system stability, resulting in a smoother experience for all users.
These improvements apply to exports performed both within the app and through the Ripple API, ensuring consistent performance across all workflows.
Bug Fix: Survey Thank You Page Display Issue (RI-6547)
Fixed a minor display issue that affected how the survey completion (thank you) page displayed on some browsers . The page now displays properly across all browsers and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and clear experience.
Bug Fix: Report Builder Calendar Display Issue (RI-6541)
Fixed an issue that affected the custom date range option in Report Builder. Previously, the calendar appeared cut off and users were unable to view or select dates, including when editing a saved report. With this update, the calendar now displays correctly, and users can fully view, select, and enter custom date ranges when creating or modifying reports.
Bug Fix: Special Characters in Attachment Name (RI-6538)
Resolved an issue that prevented users from accessing or downloading email attachments that contained special characters in their file names. Attachments with symbols such as commas, semi-colons and colons are now fully supported in Ripple.
In addition, Ripple now supports international characters—including those used in languages such as Danish and Spanish—allowing attachments with a wider range of file names to upload and download without issue.
Note: the percent symbol (%) is not supported in attachment file names.
Other Fix: Survey Drop-Down Menus on iPads (RI-6546)
Resolved an issue where survey form dropdowns did not render properly on iPads.
While this specific issue has been addressed, please note that Ripple’s official support and testing efforts focus on desktop and laptop environments. Ripple’s recommended browser is Google Chrome, and the platform is optimized for use on computers.
Although customers may experience similar behavior when accessing Ripple on iPads or other mobile devices, these platforms are not tested to the same level as desktop and laptop systems. As such, fixes for mobile-specific issues are handled on an exception basis, and the best experience remains on a desktop or laptop computer.
