Timezone Validation Added to API Export (RI-6607)

The Ripple API now immediately alerts users when an invalid timezone parameter is passed to a cURL export. This results in clearer error reporting and prevents unclear or silent failures.

Improved Visibility for Warning Banners (RI-6618)

We refreshed the design of the yellow warning banner shown across the top of Ripple pages. The updated color and contrast make important alerts easier to notice and read, reducing confusion and ensuring key messages don’t get missed.

Bug Fix:  Event Scheduling Improvements (RI-6623)

You can now easily adjust event durations when rescheduling or modifying event start and end times. Previously, Ripple automatically enforced the default duration, which made adjustments cumbersome. With this update, you have full control and flexibility when updating event timing, helping you schedule more efficiently.

 Bug Fix:  Event Date Fluctuation When Editing Times (SR-545)

You can now adjust the duration of an event that crosses over AM/PM timeframes without the system shifting the date unexpectedly. Previously, when extending an event from a morning time to 12:00 p.m. or later, Ripple would jump the start date back by one day after updating the end time to a PM value. This issue has been resolved so event dates and durations update accurately and consistently.

Bug Fix:  Study Import Reliability Improvements (RI-6622)

When creating a new study from a saved survey definition, some users encountered an error that prevented the study from being generated. This issue has been resolved; study imports now complete smoothly and without interruption.

Bug Fix:  More Accurate Completed Dates on Events (RI-6619)

We corrected an issue where the “Completed Date” on events was inconsistent. Ripple now sets the completed date correctly to:

  • The scheduled end date, or

  • The exact date/time the user marks the event complete (when no scheduled date existed).

This ensures event timelines are accurate for reporting and audit purposes.

Bug Fix:  Faster & More Reliable Registry Filtering (RI-6617)

Registry filtering is now significantly faster and more stable. This update also resolves issues where large registries sometimes showed incorrect participant totals. The improvements help teams work smoothly in high-volume environments.

Bug Fix:  Duplicate Participant Warning Modal Restored (RI-6615)

When adding a participant, the “duplicate participant” warning occasionally caused the confirmation window to disappear. This has been fixed so the modal stays visible, ensuring you can complete participant creation with confidence.

Bug Fix:  Survey Flicker on Save Removed (RI-6612)

Some users reported a flickering effect after deleting a question in Survey Creator and saving. This visual issue has been resolved.

Bug Fix:  Enhanced Survey Validation for External Surveys (RI-6611)

Ripple now gives clearer, more proactive warnings if a survey intended for external use is missing required variables for:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Global ID

Until these required fields are added, the survey URL will remain hidden. This ensures all externally distributed surveys capture essential participant information.

Bug Fix:  Export Reliability for EchoStudy Sites (RI-6609)

We resolved an issue where large exports occasionally omitted a small number of participants. Export data is now complete and consistent.


Bug Fix:  Event Deletion Modal Now Closes Properly (RI-6606)

When deleting an event in Study Settings, the deletion completed successfully, but the pop-up window sometimes remained open. This is now fixed, so the modal closes as expected.

Bug Fix:  Improved Question Dropdown Rendering in Survey Logic (RI-6587)

In surveys with long question lists, some logic rule dropdowns did not display properly. The interface has been corrected so question lists render cleanly every time.

Bug Fix:  Verified Address Fields Now Clear as Expected (RI-6579)

In surveys using a Verified Address question, clearing the search box did not always clear all related address fields. This behavior has been corrected for consistent and accurate form completion.

Bug Fix:  Survey Multi-Select Drop-Down Scroll Issue (RI-6580)

Resolved issues where scrolling within multi-select drop-down lists did not behave as expected.

Bug Fix:  Survey Creator Error for Verified Address + Logic Rules (RI-6561)

Using a Verified Address question inside survey logic rules previously caused an error when opening the rule editor. This has been fixed, and these logic combinations now work normally.

Bug Fix:  Study Search Functionality Restored Across Multiple Pages (RI-6560)

On the Site Admin → Studies page, searching for a study did not work correctly when users were on page 2 or beyond. Study search now functions properly no matter which page you’re on.

Bug Fix:  Ability to Delete Logic Rules Restored (RI-6557)

The “Delete” icon for removing logic conditions in Survey Creator has been reinstated, restoring full control over survey logic design.


Bug Fix:  Last Contact Date Filter Now Returns Correct Results (RI-5441)

We fixed an issue where filtering the Registry by “Last Contact Date between X and Y” did not return the appropriate participants. This filter now behaves consistently and accurately.
