Bug Fix: Participant exports excluding certain participants (RI-6692)
Resolved an issue that, in rare cases, caused participants to be excluded from exports if they were associated with a study status that had been removed. All eligible participants will now consistently appear in exports. Logging related to exports has also been improved.

Bug Fix: Invalid automatic logout setting allowed (RI-6688)
Added validation to prevent Site Admins from setting the automatic logout after inactivity value to zero minutes, helping maintain secure site configurations.

Bug Fix: Add Task and Add Bulk Task buttons not functioning (RI-6686)
Restored functionality for the Add Task and Add Bulk Task buttons on the Participant Profile Card and resolved an intermittent error that could cause task creation to fail.

Bug Fix: Verified Address latitude and longitude not saving  (RI-6670 and RI-6669)
Resolved issues with the Verified Address question type that could prevent latitude, longitude, and associated Custom Variable values from being saved. Verified Address questions will now consistently store all address-related data, ensuring complete and reliable data capture from surveys.

Bug Fix: New Lab Administrators could not be created during site setup (RI-6666)
Resolved an issue that could prevent new Lab Administrators from being created during initial site setup for new customers, ensuring smoother onboarding for new customer sites.

Bug Fix: Contact Phone column displaying only cell numbers (RI-6582)
Resolved an issue on the Potential Participants and Enrolled Participants lists where the Contact Phone column displayed only cell phone numbers. The column now displays all phone number types (cell, work, home, or other).

If multiple phone numbers exist:

  • A phone number marked as Preferred is displayed

  • If no preferred number is set, the first phone number entered is displayed

NOTE:
If Contact Phone is already selected as a display column, a Study Admin must remove and re-add the column in Study Display Settings for this fix to take effect.

Bug Fix: Participant contacts could be created without a name (RI-6161)

Resolved a long-standing issue that allowed participant contacts to be created without a blue, hyperlinked contact name. A Contact Name is now required when creating a new contact, preventing the creation of uneditable contact records.

For any existing contacts that do not have a hyperlinked (blue) name, users can click the contact row on the Participant Profile Card to add a name.

Bug Fix: Date and time fields highlighted for certain locales (RI-5281)
Resolved an issue affecting certain non-US locale settings where date and time fields throughout the application were incorrectly highlighted with red borders or dots.
